need to return a product for various reasons. We stand by our
products 100% and will gladly take returns. However, we do request
the following guidelines be followed:
You may return
or exchange your unused
product for any reason within two weeks.

ACK Enterprises at 866-PETS-WEB (738-7932) for a Return Authorization
Number. (We may have you return it directly to the manufacturer.)
Please enclose
a copy of your invoice with the Return Authorization
Number
and indicate if you want to exchange for another
product or a refund. Because we pass the cost of shipping
through without a markup, refunds and exchanges always
exclude the cost of shipping.
The return / exchange
process takes can take up to 3 - 4 weeks. If you need
your replacement
sooner, please call us directly to re-order and we will gladly
credit your account when we receive your return.
